My stomach spoke to me loud and clear as I meandered down the busy streets of Soho in Manhattan. It was time to eat! My friend and I popped into the ever insta-famous spot Jack’s Wife Freda for a classic avocado toast, matcha latte, and warm grain bowl.

Although this spot is always buzzing with influence shooting their bites, it’s still a delicious place to hide away for a mid-week lunch.
